- All Female Indigene of Bayelsa State residing in any part of the country.
- She must be between 18 and 28 years of Age.
- She must not have had a Child.
- She must be Beautiful, Smart and Gorgeous.
- She must be naturally photogenic.
- She must have a valid email address.

Winner ; A Brand New Car worth 1 million naira + N400,000 + Represent Bayelsa Nationally + A yr Movie Contract1st Runner Up: N200,000 + A yr modeling contract, Walk the Music meets runway Fashion Show..
